On Friday 11th December 2026, 7.30 pm, in All Saints' Church, Brixworth (NN6 9DF) we shall sing JS Bach's glorious Christmas Oratorio.
Originally composed by Bach to be sung in six separate days over the Christmas season of 1734, in two churches in Leipzig in Germany, the wonderful music tells the different parts of the Christmas story. A full performance takes 3 hours, so Ian has selected parts for us to perform in a single evening, interspersed with some carols.
